“I just ordered and received this pen, I have the HP Envy x360 m6 and it will not pair with pen. I will not even see it. Your store website and store employees say it is compatible. What do I need to do to get this to work?”

I'm having the same issue! I have an HP Spectre and the pen doesn't even show up so I can pair it. Also, it is supposed to be compatible with both of our laptops!
