“Will this pen work with a HP Pavillion 15-cs0072wm? We purchased it and can't get it to pair through bluetooth. The computer will not even recognize it. I was told this pen should work when I ordered it, not sure what we're doing wrong.”

Active styluses are only compatible with models that are Windows Ink enabled (2-in-1 x360 models). A laptop with a standard touch screen will only be able to work with passive devices like a fingertip, or a rubber tipped stylus.
