• There are only a select few HP Chromebooks that are compatible with Chromebook-specific pens. Other HP Stylus/Active pens are intended for use with Windows-based compatible devices. We recommend looking into Acer's support for a compatible pen with your Chromebook.

• Check in the settings in About section. In device specifications if the laptop has Pen and Touch support with touch point then this Stylus is definitely going to work. You can refer to the uploaded image. I hope this helps.
