The dock should have come with its power cord in the box. If it didn't, you'll need to contact your work to see about either getting you the cord, or a new one that does include it. Beyond that, the cords you'll need are going to depend on what you're going to plug into it. Typically that would be a cable for whatever monitor you're using, a USB-C cable from the computer to the station, and maybe one or more USB cables for other devices you have plugged in.
