Would this work for my hp notebook stream? null

It did not charge consistently my hp laptop. Had to keep checking connection. Was traveling with it and when plugged in would also spark. Ended up ordering another version from another store for overnight shipping. By the time I returned from travel the store return was not available and was told to ship back to HP. It could have been just that one I purchased but that’s all I have to go on.
