It’s a brand new computer, and also a new model to the HP lineup as of early 2025. You can buy it online for home shipment or for pickup at a Best Buy store (that you would identify as your home store). To buy it in person, call your nearest (Pasadena?) store first to see if it’s in stock, maybe ask them to hold it, so as not to waste a trip.
