• Yes. This computer satisfies all requirements specified above. The processor is two generations newer than the one required, the RAM is DDR5 which is better than DDR4 in this case, and the RTX 4050 is sufficient for discrete graphics performance.

• No its not, you need an RTX 3070 or 6750M+ GPU, and the 4050 in the victus cannot compare. The rest is fine though
