While I am not familiar with "Display Port Alt Mode", in the laptop's Bestbuy product page, scroll down until you find "Feature", click it and search for "1.4a" for info on the usbc features. You should be able to use the HDMI port as well, possibly giving you a total of 3 screens. Just note that the laptop's screen is 1080p.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It doesn’t mention a DisplayPort port in the specs, but a deeper dive into the HP data sheet lists that the USB 3.0 can send a DisplayPort 1.4 signal. There must be an adapter or a docking station option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed that it only listed an HDMI port. That’s a single display only type connector, so the lack of a display port really hurts here. I’d prefer the DP over HDMI if they only had room for one. If it was a Thunderbolt USB connector, that could have sent display to a docking station, but I sincerely doubt it would be at this price point with stuff like that.
