Boot times can vary depending on the type of programs you have active on startup and what you are trying to run. The heavier the system requirements, the longer it will take for a program to start. The higher the specs in comparison to the system requirements, the faster the computer will run. If you are running software on settings that would require you to overclock in order to run it, then you may notice lag and higher delay in responses, but the unit itself has a low response time that would not be noticeable.
