1 - ram is sufficient enough for any game ; but you know the old saying. The more the merrier. Technically speaking yes you can double; just make sure the manufacturer of the board support the size you want to install ; otherwise you be wasting money. 2- you can upgrade from 512 to 1 tb. You need a good clone software and an external SSD enclosure (usb-c preferably).

Please try again later.For games without any lag at high settings, you would need at least an i7 or equivalent processor, 16 to 32GB of RAM depending on the game and mods you're playing, a 3080 or equivalent card or higher, and a high-speed internet connection that has minimal latency if you wish to go online. HP laptops support up to 2TB of SSD. You should also purchase at least a 32GB flash drive to put the Windows restoration image on to it, so when you replace the SSD, you boot it up with the Windows restore flash drive and it will install it. There is a sticker on the bottom of the laptop that has your Windows license key.
