HP's answer is outdated. This laptop can be upgraded to a max of 64GB of RAM and up to 4TB of storage. I have personally done this and it works.

I upgraded the RAM to 32GB and the computer reads it perfectly fine. I did a lot of research and found many conflicting answer - hope this clears it up for those who are searching for the same answer I was.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Upgraded to 32 gigabytes of ram today. Runs black myth wukong and high end games at optimized medium settings very smoothly and 100 fps on lower settings. I would personally recommend upgrading to 32 gigabytes of DDR5 ram
