“Hello, is it possible to install a Corsair Vengeance 16gb ram stick to this laptop with the existing 8gb that comes in the laptop.If so can I buy the ram stick and have you guys install it for me? I don't trust myself with this.”

Hello and thank you for the question. This laptop can utilize up to 16 GB DDR5-4800 MHz RAM (2 x 8 GB). While it is possible to upgrade the RAM on a Laptop yourself, we recommend that upgrades be performed by the IT professionals here at Best Buy's Geek Squad to avoid installation complications.
