the ram usage would be concerning in the streaming realm. Podcasts it would probably work fine, the inbuilt microphone is cromulent. Would suggest a external USB/3.5mm microphone. In terms of the Yamaha you would need to look at the product page. It has USB ports if thats the only requirement
