No, it won't impact software. When using the discrete RTX 3050ti video card (which is the default), the integrated graphics on the computer motherboard are automatically disabled. If you need to change to the integrated graphics, it's pretty simple to go into the settings and tell the computer to use it for a particular program. Once you've done that, the settings won't change until you change them. I'm not aware of any performance impact by using Windows 11 Home compared to 11 Pro, although you may want to look at the requirements for the programs you want to run to verify that they don't require 11 Pro.
