As another user said, this will handle 5600 mhz ram. Your 4800 mhz ddr5 ram will be slower than the currently installed ram but you will speed up the system as whole by installing 32 GB ram. (Ram is usually not the slowdown on a a PC but hitting the hard drive when you run into the physical limitations of Ram.) I would definitely upgrade to 32 GB ram with slower ram than keep the 16 GB with faster ram.

If you decide to use DDR5 4800 RAM, it should still work, but you might experience slightly reduced speeds compared to the higher-rated RAM.
