• Depends. If it uses a USB cable, or USB reciever if it's wireless it should work just by plugging it in. If it uses Bluetooth, make sure that your computer has Bluetooth.

• Ssince HP does not test or support third-party products we cannot guarantee compatibility with a Dell laptop. However, as long as your laptop is using Windows 7, Vista, XP, or 2000 it should be compatible.
