• No it absolutely doesn't I made that mistake I ended up exchanging for the 27' Samsung Odyssey and it works great w a quality HDMI

• The Xbox Series S has an HDMI video output, and this monitor will take an HDMI input, and it can handle the framerate that the Xbox can output, so I think it would be a very good choice.
