“I just got this mouse. Sometimes, the cursor seems a bit erratic. Does this have something to do with the blue ball under which there is the word "connect"?”

• That blue ball is really a button, so I don't think that's the problem. It helps to use this mouse close to the dongle. I use mine right next to my laptop. If your dongle is insertet into a CPU on the floor, wires and such may be interfering.

• Make sure the surface you are using it on is clean - no hairs or fibers or even particles of any kind should be on that surface (whether it is a cloth mouse pad, a plastic one or just a smooth desktop) or on the bottom of the mouse. blow on the light on the bottom to make sure it is clean.
