• It should be. Any CD player or tv that has an audio output jack will be able to plug into the RCA jacks on the back of the unit, as long as you have the correct RCA cable or adapter cable. If your talking about a tv video signal it will have to at least adapt to hdmi. All video inputs are hdmi on this receiver.
