- Answer If you can locate them in store your lucky, maybe during the Holidays you 'll find some but you'll probably be running from store to store to get each one , so my advise is do it online. They don't come with straps. you need waist , and both ankles. You can find them on Amazon. Skywin VR Tracker Belt and Tracker Strap Bundle for HTC Vive System Tracker Pucks - Adjustable Belt and Hand Straps for Waist and Full-Body Tracking in Virtual Reality (1 Belt and 2 Hand Straps or ankle Make sure you get the 4-Port USB Hub for Vive Tracker USB dongles into it makes it easy if you do your research you will know what I'm talking about.

- Answer Sorry, you would not only need 3, PLUS base stations and pcvr assuming you have a computer, if using the link already then it would still be around 600 bucks

- Answer The trackers can work for any part of your body that you choose to sync them with, what matters is the belts that you use to strap them to yourself! So for the feet, there are shorter feet straps to screw on the trackers to. Same for the waist but the belt is longer. The straps are sold separately
