• I myself tried to do that several times. Upgraded, etc. but no luck... i feel its a bug until future upgrades.

• Hi Lowercase, when you pair your phone with the watch for the first time, the time format on your phone will be synced to the watch automatically. To change the time format on the watch, perform the following steps: 1. Disconnect your phone from the watch. 2. Reset the time format on your phone. 3. Pair your phone with the watch again and sync data. After data is successfully synced, the new time format on your phone will be displayed on the watch. (DM)
