Yes it does. It's right in the app, you just turn the function on and set the interval.

The Huawei Fit supports the activity reminder feature, in order to learn how to activate this feature we kindly suggest you to check the information mentioned below. Open the Huawei Wear app, enter the Devices screen, touch your wearable device icon, and turn on the Activity reminder switch. If you have been inactive for 1 hour, your wearable device will vibrate to notify you. If you do not want to be disturbed, turn off the Activity reminder switch.
