I don't work for Best Buy, but I did mine as store pickup, and it arrived about four days after my order. I don't think they stock them or plan to (from my conversations with BB employees), but they ship them out to the store pretty quick after your order. The only bummer is that you prepay for the phone (whether you order them online for in-store pickup, or you go to the store and order through an employee).
