Brand new and return period on phones is 14 days. They now started charging a $35 restocking fee that was started unannounced and not told at the time of sale. It says they MAY charge it but they sure tried at the local store. Weird when Amazon has no such thing.

We cannot speak on behalf of Best Buy's policy but all Huawei products do come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty that is valid in the US only.
