“I have the Mate 9 which I absolutely love! That phone is a dual sim phone. I thought the Mate 10 was a dual sim phone as well. However the specs on the BestBuy website says it a single sim phone? Which is it? Also may be a good idea to update the website”

You're correct in that the Mate 9 is a dual SIM. However, there is a rumor going around that this version of the Mate 10 Pro isn't. The international version of the Mate 10 Pro is. The biggest reason as to why this phone may be a single sim is because this version was to be sold under the AT&T brand, but after the company decided to not carry the brand in their store, Huawei has no choice but to sell the phone unlocked for this price and potentially sell the single sim variant since no cell phone retailers will carry it in house to their respective company.

It is because Huawei had already produced them to be sold by American carriers. Once the deal with carriers was cancelled, and the Single SIM units were already produced, the maker just packed them and sent them to America. But if you really need a Dual Sim version you have the option to buy a Oneplus 5T (US warranty) that is Dual SIM, or go to the biggest American online store and get a Mate 10 Pro DUAL SIM for the same price, but with no warranty. Sorry for that. I was going to buy one, but I gave up Huawei for this unique reason: only Single SIM.

Please try again later.Some of them are dual sim but I would think that would only be available in European countries, like when I bought mine almost two months ago (in Germany) I wanted the black one but opted for the blue only because it was dual sim compatible and I asked why only the blue has the dual feature and was told the dual feature is randomly selected so it's something like 1in4 needless to say all of the colors are stunning!!
