Q: QuestionI received the same info from Huawei customer service saying if you pre-order the Huawei mate 10 Pro between February 4th - 17th you receive a $150 gift card but I see your reply to another customer that you don't have any promotion?

• A:Answer You get a $150 gift card from the retailer you purchase the phone at, the gift card is only good to be used at the retailer. For example, if you buy the phone from Bestbuy, you will get $150 Bestbuy gift card. 3rd party reseller does not offer this promotion.

Q: QuestionI have the Mate 9 which I absolutely love! That phone is a dual sim phone. I thought the Mate 10 was a dual sim phone as well. However the specs on the BestBuy website says it a single sim phone? Which is it? Also may be a good idea to update the website

• A:Answer It does not work on any CDMA network like sprint and verizon. It only supports GSM networks like T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. There is only a handful of unlocked phones that support both like iphones, samsung S phones, motorola and maybe a few others. ZTE has been reported to work on CDMA. Always check with carrier to see if specific phone will be allowed on their service. They can be picky.

Q: QuestionWhy would you sell the mate 9 unlocked with a dual SIM that I absolutely love.Then promote the mate 10 pro as dual SIM. Then when you sell it unlocked for the mate 10 pro in the US it's single sim, really I am not upgrading it's really like downgrading.

• A:Answer Just assuming and not speaking for Huawei, but most US phones are not dual sim. So the unlocked international version of this phone IS dual sim. Only the US version is not. It was the same way with the Honor phone I bought. But, no phone that I've ever bought, here in the USA has ever had dual SIM either.
