A:AnswerBest Buy accepts trade-ins of cell phones, but it varies by device and condition. I do not know whether or not they will have a promotional period where you will get a higher amount for your Mate 9 toward the purchase of a Mate 10.
A:AnswerI had to upgrade because I could no longer get MMS or picture texts on the 3G Sim number. As T-Mobile upgrades it's network, the 3G will have less amd less functionality. I went ahead and got the Mate 10 because im not sure that Best Buy will carry the Mate 11/Mate 20 coming out in Fall 2018. It was hard enough to find the Mate 10 pro in a dual sim.
A:AnswerUS Version can only use one SIM. This phone has mobile data issues with AT&T, I received a US version device yesterday, activated it and no mobile data. Huawei customer support sucks.
A:AnswerThere hasn't been a Huawei phone yet that supports T-Mobile's Wi-Fi calling, so there's no reason to expect that this one will. Maybe someday they'll figure out that this is deterring people in the USA from buying their phones.
