• The update is already available I got it about 2 weeks ago and you will not believe how awesome it is it's like I just got a brand new phone once the update hit

• I believe it still comes with andriod 7.0. Oreo is scheduled to roll out to this phone and has shown up in some areas, but mine has not received it yet. Great phone thougn

• I picked one up after the update was announced and it still has the 7.x Android. As I understand, the upgrade will push via OTA update. I'm not sure when.
