    • Answer yes one yr. warrenty it comes with a cell phone case and you have 14 days to return if you open the box they charge 35.00 restocking fee its a great phone you wont return

    • Answer Yes.. I would recommend this phone as a gift. The phone that I bought was an unlocked phone and so, it will work anywhere outside US. Make sure, when you buy the phone you would be looking for an unlocked phone whichever brand it may be.

    • Answer I've switched from Verizon to T-Mobile twice but you'll need a new phone when you make the switch. If you want to transfer your text messages and call logs from iPhone to Android you'll need a paid app because the free apps don't work well
