QuestionI understand that the phone comes with a battery that works, But batteries degrade over time, depending on how long the phone was used prior to being refurbished. While being refurbished, is the battery tested against a certain standard? Replaced?

But if you call in to our Huawei Support Team at 1-888-548-2934 and your device's manufactured date hasn't past 12 months then it's still covered under Huawei's Limited Warranty. - Answer No scratches. It looks brand new and i think best buy gives you a time period to return if there is anything wrong with the phone.
