I was looking for a replacement, but didn't want to spend $400-500 on a new Nexus 6p. I saw this refurb on Best buy and decided to give it a try. I'm very happy that I did. This phone came to me in it's original boxing with all of the cables and chargers, just like new. I've had this phone for about a month now with no problems whatsoever! I also downloaded the Nougat system update without any problems. You will not go wrong with this purchase!

I have owned a lot of phones and this is probably the best one I have had to date. Excellent camera, battery, extremely useful fingerprint sensor. Quality feel, gets steady flow of updates. The only con I can think of is if you prefer smaller phones.

Only downside would be the size, its too big to use, but we don't have much options with smaller size. I could easily get past a day with full charge, and full charge takes just about 1.5 hours. :)

Still a great phone

I really wanted a Pixel but was not ready to pay $800 for a new phone. I've been in love with this phone since it came out over a year ago and love it even more now that I have it. I bought the refurbished model. It came with a generic white box, original power adapter with type c to c cable, and an extra after market type a to c cable. It has most the features you would want in a modern smart phone (the only ones that are missing are wireless charging and full water proofing which aren't deal breakers for me). The size is perfect for those that like bigger screens and looks and feels very premium. The camera is excellent and only a notch below the Pixel (the Pixel processes HDR+ very fast which is the only thing I miss about not getting that phone).

- A:Answer I ordered refurbished and when I pick it up looks like brand new. Can't tell the difference. USB C charging cable was missing so when you pick it up check the contents of the package. I emailed best buy and got gc to get replacement cord. Hope it helps you

Q: QuestionWhat is the warranty on this? Best Buy website says 90 days, but given this is still such a new device, and if it's refurbished by the manufacturer should it not carry a longer warranty?
