A:AnswerWell not sure on too many specs but you do choose your language first. It pairs with WiFi and a phone's connection. Nothing I've found states it's US only on packaging or device. Several language instructions as well. I had to be sure as best I could because I'm moving to another country. I found out the hard way my smartphone is "America Only" and it's not returnable (different store). Good luck!
