• Yes, with the latest update it does utilize the built-in speaker.

• Yes this is one of the few watches with a built-in speaker. I believe the other is one of the Asus Zen watches.

• Yes, the watch has a Built in speaker and it has Very Good Sound Quality and Volume as well.
