Hello Ibrahim, after the recent software update that enabled the speaker inside the watch, yes, you can use the watch to make and receive phone calls. (AI)

No - it only notifies you when you receive a call. You can answer it but it answers it on your phone. If you had bluetooth headphones on you could use it like that.

After the most recent Android Wear update the internal speaker is working and it will make/receive calls, it doesn't however need to be connected to your phone in-order to do so and does not work on it's own.

This product can initiate a call to send to your phone. The watch can be used to answer incoming calls to the phone.
