Yep! Since both watches run Android Wear, they mostly have the same software features (varying a bit depending on hardware; i.e.: the Huawei Watch 2 has NFC for Android Pay, the Moto 360 does not). Just for a point of reference, my favorite watchface to use is called "Secret Agent Watchface" by rmuk apps. It's designed after GoldenEye 007 on the Nintendo 64. Best of all, it's free! (note: I am not at all affiliated with the developer. I just simply like the watchface)
