“Can you monitor heart rate while swimming?”

• I never found a way to actively monitor heart rates, only when I went into the app and activated it. Someone had said that it will constantly monitor it, but I could never figure out how to do that.

• This product is water resistant not waterproof.

• Although I have not gone swimming with this watch it is waterproof so I would say that you could monitor your heart rate!
