• A:Answer That's a very good question. Anything that increases blood flow to your calves and feet, should help blood flow to the nerves also. I have neuropathy, and it seems to help me. I would also recommend, that you take Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Vitamin B-12. This combination helps heal the nerve sheaths. Check with your Doctor though. Best of luck.
