As long as the Dell Latitude 5510 is featured with Thunderbolt3 USB-C port ( as this feature is optional according to the Dell website), then it is compatible with HyperDrive Solo 7-in-1. However it is not recommended, as the hub is blocking the DC power connection. You might have to consider a dongle USB-C hub.
