“I bought this to use with my iPad Pro 11 inch 2020 model. I can’t get it to work. I put a SD card in the slot and opened the Files app on the iPad and it’s not showing the hub is connected nor shows my card. Is this hub not compatible with the iPad Pro?”

• Thanks for the inquiry, Chuck. Because the HyperDrive 7-Port Universal hub draws more power from the host product (than the 4 and 6 port Apple iPad Pro hubs we offer), you will want to ensure there is an adequate power adapter attached to help facilitate the more power needed to operate.
