“Will the accessory connect/fit properly with an Incase shell on a MacBook Pro 16 inch?”

yes for me i have a clear shell case and it still works. however it doesn't plug all the way in

It does work with Incase shell. User has to remove the black mounting plate on the hub when it's plugged into a MacBook with hard case. You do also have the option to use the included USB-C Extension Cable.
