“My son received this as a Christmas present, how long does it need to be on the charger? We have charged it twice now and he only can get about 20-30 min of ride time before it dies? Is this a defective scooter or does it need to charge over night?”

I think it depends on the weight of the person riding the scooter. My daughter only gets around 15 to 20 minutes of continous riding after a full charge (charger light turns green).
