I have the same issue, can't zip up past my knees. There is only one company that has extensions and I have used someone elses but they are being quite rude so I am not going to promote them at this stage.

The thickest part of my thigh is 31" (circumference) - no autoimmune, just lotta muscle and some fat. I have trouble getting even the tallest normatec boots to fit around my thighs. The one's I can get to zip up to the top of my thighs end up being too long, and the rest of the boot uncomfortably inflates and puts a lot of pressure on the zipper. I will say, what does inflate feels amazing and I could see it being a game changer with properly fitting boots.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the boots can accommodate many different leg widths. After you put them on the air chambers fill up around the space between your legs and the boots. You can change the air pressure of the boots.
