We do not recommend to wear anything other than an article of clothing under the compression sleeves. With how the boots compress, there is risk or damaging the boot or injuring yourself if a ice pack, brace, or other protruding items are between the boots and your body. You can use an ice pack for ice therapy before or after using the Normatec boots though, if you wish!
