No only one attachment at a time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You technically "can" but you need to buy additional control units. They are available through Hyperice for about $450. I am considering ordering another control unit, bc we have the legs, arms, hips... basically the full system, but can only use one pair at a time. Here is a pic from a workout facility that we use. Sort of a joke, but seriously!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. The control unit can only support two connections at a time. The hip attachment uses both. The legs use a connection each. The leg attachment would overlap the hip too so not possible even with 2 control units. One in theory could do both arms at the same time but really not practical as arms would be straight out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The "compressor" device has 2 hookups. So you can use 2 attachments at a time. If you want to do everything at the same time, you would have to have 3 devices.
