The Normatec 3 Arm Attachments are a valuable investment. I purchased them for my son as he is recovering from shoulder surgery. I've used them as well after lifting and found they refreshed my muscles, and I recovered quickly. The compression is very relaxing but powerful and has a similar feeling to a massage. The arms cover the shoulders and onto the chest. I would strongly advise these for athletes who lift or have upper body contact, such as rugby or football. These attachments are highly recommended for enhancing recovery and performance.

My son is a college baseball player. He received the leg and arm compressions for Christmas. He loves the way they make his legs feel after a workout. Great for recovery. For reference, we also used the leg compression at the hotel spa after skiing.

Amazing. If you work out, are an athlete, runner, whatever, these will be your best friend. Nothing like em. Faster recovery = faster getting back at it. These leg compression sleeves will get you back in action faster than any other available post recovery system. I bought em for me and my outfielders and they are invaluable. Also bought the arm sleeves and hip attachments. Worth every penny although I wish they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper - if that makes sense. Would buy them again 100%.

Compression for your hands all the way to your chest and around your shoulder blades. Slightly difficult to put on and take off by yourself.

I love Normatec Legs they worked out so well for me that I wanted to try the arms as well. So far everything good. My job is very repetitive and I get a lot of aches in my arms, I figured these will help out with circulation and help with some of the aches. I am still trying these out but I’m really hoping these will be a relief for my arms.

I love the Normatec system and arms! They are so relaxing and decompress my shoulders which helps reduce fatigue and pain! Only hard part is using them solo is a bit awkward!

Had the boots for 5 years and decided to give the arms a try. I had stiffness in my arm it helps me with circulation from the shoulder down to my fingertips. It has been a worthy purchase for me. It requires a second person to help attach if you are using both arms sleeves.

Great attachment for the Hyperice. I have problems with my wrist and when I apply the extra pressure to zone 1, the massager gets in the wrist joint and causes a separation that loosens the area perfectly.

The Normatech legs and hip attachments work great so I wanted to get the arms to see if they worked just as well. Arms are not as noticeably great at speeding recovery. I actually have to sometimes paise and readjust a couple times due to to much reduction of blood circulation. I do like having the arms attachment but not quitw as nice as the other normatech attachments in my opinion.

These things are legit. I highly recommend to anyone with arm/shoulder issues or just for post workout recovery. Super expensive but Normatech is the leader in the industry.

Been dealing with tennis elbow and tense fascia.. working things out and using this to speed healing and recovery. If you have the legs and main unit than this is a no brainer.

I have the leg attachments that are AMAZING!!! So, I was expecting the same fabulous experience with the arm attachments. Well, as of right now, I'm not as impressed with the arm attachments. I haven't given up on the investment, but it's not giving what I had hoped that it would.

These arm compression sleeves leave you feeling great. Very firm squeezing product.

Helps with standing 10 hours a day cooking. I use it when I come home from work. It helps me sleep and reduce my Charlie horses.

Anytime I feel soreness in my arms, I go to these bad boys. Absolutely love them!
