A: You should buy it from fsastore if you want it covered. I tried reimbursing this from FSA and was told that I’ll need a doctors letter to get it approved. However I’ve purchased other Hyperice devices from fsastore in the past and got it reimbursed with no issues.
A: No. Control unit only comes with lower body or full body purchase. You can’t just buy the control unit separately nor can you buy the arm or hip attachments separately and expect to get a control unit.
