A:AnswerI bought this for my alpha clouds due to the plugin not working for my pc, and this solved the problem allowing headset and mic volume changes via rear usb connection of pc.
A:AnswerThe HyperX Amp Sound card is compatible with the Nintendo Switch docking station. You can adjust the mic volume in the Switch settings and on the USB sounds card itself.

A:AnswerHey Puppy!
The HyperX AMP USB sound card does not offer sidetone/mic monitoring. Feel free to hit us up if you have any other questions or concerns.
A:AnswerThis Amp was designed for HyperX Headsets with different specifications, your experience may vary. When plugging in other headsets, you will need to be careful when turning the volume up to high levels that you do not damage the speakers. Check if the headsets also have a 4 pole 3.5mm jack. The Amp sound card is compatible with headsets that have that type of connection.

A:AnswerI just plugged this into my PC, and speakers into it. It sounds great. It's designed for the PS4 as well. It will sound great for you too. Bear in mind... it's a 30 dollar product. If you hook up low or mid grade speakers or if you have low or mid grade headphones, don't think that you will be getting superior quality. If your head set or speakers are at least very good quality, this USB sound card will satisfy your needs. Remember... 30 dollars.

No, the Amp Virtual 7.1 Sound Card does not offer sidetone, but we'll share the suggestion with our product team for any future updates or products. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact us directly.
A:AnswerHey Shy!
Yes, the AMP Virtual 7.1 Sound Card is compatible with the PS4 console, but the Cloud II's USB sound card needs a firmware update to make it compatible with the PS4. You can find a firmware update on our headset support page. Feel free to hit us up directly if you have any other questions or concerns.
