It should work just fine for hearing impairment, depending on what level of impairment one may have and what your using the headset for. Example, at 99 volume set and max volume Netflix, my ears were ringng when an explosion on screen was enacted. Very loud.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They get pretty loud but the sound quality drops drastically as they get louder. Would not recommend unless you’re not too concerned with sound quality.
