“My mic quit working and i’ve tried everything. i can hear all audio but people can’t hear me talking. it works fine with my phone just not my play station. any suggestions??”

• Make sure you have the wires plugged into the right output jack. I once accidentally reversed the wire and my mic did not work & plugged the wire into the mic outlet by mistake. Believe it or not it took me hours to figure out a simple mistake!
