“I’m trying to use this on the ps5 and it isn’t picking up the mic as an option to talk it’s only showing me the mic on the controller as an option. What can i do to fix the problem?”

Hey Jason! The Cloud PlayStation headset should be Plug & Play since it's an analog headset. Try it on other devices and if you get the same issue, contact us directly so that we can help you out.
